Take some Rock N Roll & some N.Y.C, throw in some Sexy, Sleek and Cool & you have John Varvatos. This collection and line  embodies all of the above. The color pallet has some Grey, Greens, Khaki & White along with an American flag scarf which makes for an eye catching accessory. Varvatos is truly one of America’s best designers. Cheers

The Michael Bastian Spring 2012 Collection is different time periods in classic Americana wear. It has some Rebel With Out A Cause some Martha’s Vineyard & it all works well together. I enjoyed this collection very much especially the way the ensembles were put together. From dress up to dressing down its all done with sophisticated simplicity. Cheers.

Bold, sleek and extremely well fitted. In a nut shell this best describes the spring 2012 collection from Simon Spurr. There are some Beautiful double breasted coats with mixed fabrics & also some quilted motorcycle style leathers that are killer. Spurr keeps it young yet classic so theres something for everyone. Cheers.

The next Spring 2012 highlight is Junya Watanabe. Theres so much to appreciate in this collection, start with the top and work yourself down. The mix of fabrics, Colors patterns & even introducing a silhouette I haven’t seen for some time into a collection with superb tailoring makes for an Amazing show. Not many people fancy wearing overalls, But I would throw these on in a heartbeat. Cheers.

New York just wrapped up Mercedes Benz Fashion Week & GD.C has chosen 5 favorites to highlight all in their own post. Starting off with Adam Kimmel. The color palette has a lot of blues and greys with some pop colors sprinkled here and there. I get an Urban/Surf feel from the group. The suits are tailored very well to fit and the simplicity of the whole collection is what I appreciate most.Cheers.
