Suspenders

I’ve been a fan of Braces for a long time. Ever since I was a kid I could remember watching Mork and Mindy and appreciating the colorful suspenders Robin Williams was wearing or seeing them worn in Breakin or even on my Best friends father “Big Jon” who was a dapper gentleman in every right. The point is Braces or suspenders as you might know them have always been an accessory with flair and function. If your thinking about picking up a pair, now is a good time. If possible I would say pick some buttons up as well and sew them to the inside of your pants for the leather loop braces or have your tailor add them to your inside waistband just because it does look that much better. If not, the metal clips are fine. There’s a few things I MUST point out. If you’re wearing braces do NOT wear a belt. It makes no sense, go with one or the other. Also when you have you’re braces up, tuck your shirt in. Below are some with Clips and some without. I also included an ensemble worn sharply with the Braces. Thanks for everything Big Jon.
