There doesn’t seem to be any chance of relief from this cold Winter weather any time soon. Dealing with the cold weather and doing it with elements of style has become a skill. The ability of excessive layering with a choice hat, scarf and gloves without resembling the younger brother from a Christmas Story is an art.
